Drivers at the Forefront of Our Services

Our drivers are the face of our company, and are vital part of our operations team. Before joining The Keen Group, every driver undergoes a topographical knowledge assessment, is given an induction which includes passenger/customer service training and is tutored on all aspects on company policy. A driver must provide valid documents demonstrating that he is licensed by the Public Carriage office, has undergone and passed an enhanced criminal record check and has been examined by a medical doctor and passed a DVLA group 2 medical.
